Reaper is one of my favourite.
GW is a required choice, because I have the Vampire Counts army, but I do not like very much.
Freebooter Miniatures has a fantastic 25×25 mm base and high details. Very good!
Avatars of War is super-detailed and offers many variations for different poses.
